Rivages d’Alger

Published in Algiers, just before the Second World War, Rivages had only two copies. But the summaries of these review show how in these town some people were aware with mediterranean culture and literature, specialy italian and spanish. Articles and advertisements built the check-up of intellectual interests at the moment. But more than a demonstration, Rivages is the sign that some youngs authors began to write. Among them, Albert Camus was one the most important workman of the review team published by Edmond Charlot.
